Feeling scattered, overstimulated, or disconnected from your center? Step into a grounded container of deep rest, alignment, and release.
In this session, we focus entirely on Muladhara (the Root Chakra) anchoring your energy, calming the nervous system, and restoring your innate sense of safety and stability. We will begin with a 15-minute grounding meditation, flow into dedicated root chakra Reiki energy work, and conclude with an immersive, gentle sound bath.
What to Expect & Preparation:
Plush memory foam mattresses and soft eye masks are provided for your total comfort so you can fully sink into the experience.
Feel free to bring your favorite crystals to charge in the collective energy space.
